By means of the innovations in Information and Communication Technology, people are able to rapidly learn and transfer information.. Keeping up with those innovations, the integration of ICT in education is the demand of time at present as ICT is being used in many other sectors all over the world. It urges the teachers to be skillful in operating ICT during their teaching.

The presentation starts with an introduction clarifying background of ICT implementation in higher education, e-Lerning definition and implementation models, and the internal factors that supporting UBiNus to integration ICT for teaching and learning process. Next, clarification of Multi Channel Learning Model designed for classroom activities, e-Learning activities, and self study. Initiatives policy describes class meeting, course materials, content development team, teaching certificate, and scoring policy. Programs related to MCL preparation for both lecturers and students, units, and IT supports are presented. The paper also discusses Learning Management System LMS , infrastructure condition, and performances that will be achieved. It is concluded that ICT implementation in Bina Nusantara University supports not only administration and management activities, but also in teaching and learning activities.

A major problem in the pre-service teacher education curriculum at this institution was how pre-service science teachers were prepared to use ICT in their teaching. To tackle this problem, Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge TPACK was used as a conceptual framework for developing an intervention to prepare students in the science teacher program for using ICT in their teaching. In the first iteration of the intervention students worked in design teams DTs and were coached by technology, pedagogy, and content experts, to find a technological solution for a pedagogical problem that a teacher normally faces. In the second iteration, students were offered an electronic support environment in addition to the expert support. As a result of the intervention, students had a positive attitude towards ICT and towards working in DTs. Implications for preparing pre-service students in ICT integration as part of their curriculum are discussed as well. Jimoyiannis argued that true learning in the twenty-first century requires students to be able to use ICT, not only for enhancing the memorization of facts, but also for solving problems in real world settings.
